Step 1
It looks better if you don't have windows next to each other, so the shutters from two different windows aren't touching each other.
Step 2
Place a trapdoor on the blocks attached to the right and left of your window.
Final
Close the trapdoors. It looks a bit strange here since the door appears pretty small beside the windows, but if you have a large house it'll look pretty nice.
